Weiguang Wins SZSE's Class A (Excellent) Rating for Information Disclosure for 3 Consecutive Years

Recently, SZSE notified the 2021 annual information disclosure assessment results of listed companies on the main board and GEM board, and Weiguang (stock code: 002801) once again won the Class A rating. It is reported that 2,553 listed companies participated in this assessment, and 454 companies (17.78%) with A assessment results, of which 215 (8.42%) had class A information disclosure assessment for more than 3 consecutive years.
Since its listing, Weiguang has strictly fulfilled its information disclosure obligations in a true, accurate, complete, timely and fair manner in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Securities Law, the Company Law and the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The fact that Weiguang has been awarded Class A rating for three consecutive years reflects the full recognition of the regulatory authorities on the quality of information disclosure and the standardized operation level of the Company, and is also the result of the great importance attached by the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee and the management of the Company to information disclosure and corporate governance, as well as the concerted efforts of all the employees of the Company.
