The Workshop Won the Title of Zhejiang Worker Pioneers Recently, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions issued the Decision on Recognizing the 2023 Zhejiang Province May Day Labor Certificates, Medals and Worker Pioneers, in which the assembly workshop of the Company's ECM Department was awarded the honorary title of Zhejiang Province Worker Pioneers.
The workshop was established in 2012 and actively participates in the research and development of the introduction of six-station multi-head winding machines, automatic rotor assembly machines, motor assembly and testing automated production lines, etc. to improve product process quality and labor productivity, significantly reducing manpower and increasing efficiency.
The technical performance of ECM motors reaches the internationally advanced level, and its excellent energy-saving effect and control functions have won the favor and recognition of users around the world. In 2022, ECM motor sales revenue was 239.54 million yuan, and it won 1 invention patent and 5 utility model patents for technological innovations such as "stator press-in tooling and stator assembly equipment", and obtained the first VDE certification for similar products in China. "Energy-saving, high-efficiency and explosion-proof electronic rectified brushless DC (ECM) micro-motor" was recognized as an outstanding new industrial product in Zhejiang Province and a high-quality product made in Zhejiang.
